The development is located on the corner of Bóbitás Street and Alsómalom Street. It is in close proximity to all necessary local amenities such as schools, kindergarten, pharmacy, grocery stores, post office and police station. Regarding transport, by car the plot is 12 minutes from the city centre and 25 minutes by Metro.
The development is located on a 22000 m² plot, of which 8000 m² built upon and 14000 m² developed as green areas.
