The development plot comprises circa 4,000 sqm of land, of which 30% will be built upon and the remainder will be developed with landscaped greenery and communal recreational facilities. Apartments and semi-detached units will be situated immediately on Csepel Island's river banks, one of the largest natural areas in Budapest, yet just minutes from the greatest forthcoming area of re-generation in the city.
The development will comprise 3 similar oval shaped buildings A, B & C, each comprising 60 apartments, and 3 semi-detached clusters, D, E & F, comprising 6 units each.
