The development plot comprises circa 9,000 sqm of land, of which 40% was built upon and the remainder was developed with landscaped greenery and communal recreational facilities.
The Zaragoza development comprises 2 similar sized U-shaped buildings facing towards each other creating a stadium effect to the spacious inner courtyards. The 2 buildings were developed in phases staggered by 9 months, with the A & B blocks forming the first building and the C & D blocks forming the second building. Both buildings have a ground floor plus 5 additional floors. In total, circa 320 units of real estate were produced, approximately 80 units in each of the 4 blocks. Each block is serviced by a fast elevator leading up from the basement parking level. A total of 320 parking spaces divide between underground basement level parking and outdoor parking in the ratio of 3/2. Four units on the front-line of both buildings were developed as commercial retail units to provide lifestyle facilities and services to the residents of the building.
